How can we in the church be so diverse, and yet have the same goal — Christlikeness?
It is true that opposites attract, but that attraction also often results in collisions from time to time. The church has always been a fellowship of differents, beginning with the original apostles right down to the diversity in our congregation. Each of our walks and calling are unique; yet the goal is the same — Christlikeness. So how can we not simply be tolerant or just get along but learn how to accept, love and learn from each other as we are on this journey together? Paul speaks into our lives as he did to the early church in Rome to help us speak into each others’ lives for God’s glory.
